What is coaching?
It involves a close and confidential relationship between you and your coach.

Essentially, coaching is a series of conversations focused on helping you achieve your goals, apirations, and curiosities. My role as your coach is to create a psychologically safe space for you to challenge your thinking, look at things with a new perspective and to take action you’ve previously procrastinated on.

Coaching is an exciting, deeply personal journey that can be truly transformational.
How many sessions should I have?
Our coaching programmes include 6 x 90 minute sessions. Typically, you will have a session every 2-4 weeks, dependant on your goals.
Are my sessions confidential?
All coaching sessions are confidential, so we encourage you to really lean into the experience; be open, be vulnerable, challenge yourself and your thinking. And importantly, enjoy the process.
What can we cover in the sessions?
You control the agenda, so the better question is what are you hoping to achieve? Clients often bring challenges around leadership styles, leading organisational change, influencing and relationship dynamics. More often than not there are things “beneath the water” that are bubbling away and driving our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Coaching helps you to navigate these to build your confidence and resilience.
How do I know if Ally is the right coach for me?
The core of your coaching relationship is trust. We have three indicators of a great coaching relationship:

— Can we laugh together?
— Can we be candid with one another?
— Can we have genuine, meaningful impact?
