The People + Culture Club is a community of people that care deeply about enabling success through employee-focused initiatives, design-thinking and building scalable people-practices. We understand that People-ops is rarely all roses, so this is a safe space to explore the highs and lows that come working in a start up - or when experiencing hyper-growth.
